There are many areas of our lives that give us joy, whether it be our spouse, kids, career, or leisure. But life has a way of teaching us that none of these baskets can be the source of our ultimate joy. When we put all our joy eggs in these smaller baskets, we find over time that they are supported with unstable foundations, eventually fall over, and make a mess of our lives.
