Isaiah 52:7

I have a serious question for you: do you have beautiful feet? Our feet are what walk us into the presence of family, friends, and even strangers, so that our mouths can share the good news of salvation that is found in Christ alone. This obedience of our “going” and “telling” is what enables the lost to “hear” about Jesus and then “believe” in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. (See Romans 10:14-15). Friend, this is the very thing that God sends us out to do! This is central to our new mission in life as followers of Christ. Will you respond along with Isaiah, “Here am I, send me!” (Isaiah 6:8). So who are you going to talk to today--this week--soon?

PASSAGE: Isaiah 52:7 - "How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

PAUSE: Ultimately, Easter Eggs bring good news and happiness. O.T. Easter Eggs point the way to salvation found in Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul echoed these words in Romans 10, encouraging believers to share the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ with their family, friends, and neighbors.

PRAYER: Father, what a privilege to share Christ with others. Bring someone into my life to share the gospel of Jesus Christ today!
