Superiority Complex

A shadow is a dark and sometimes ominous shape of something that is real. This word shadow can also be used to refer to a weak or inferior version of something that is superior or better. When life changes, we tend to slide into the inferior shadows of something that may be a short season of reprieve but that eventually takes us away from the healthy habits we were blessed with before.
