The Chapel is honored to partner with Huntersfield Christian Training Center, a Christ-centered men’s ministry nestled in the Catskill Mountains. Huntersfield Men’s Ministry is a Christ-centered discipleship and recovery program specializing in helping men who are struggling with addiction and other life-controlling issues.  Their program focuses on developing the whole person through biblical and vocational training as well as providing them with tools to sustain long-term recovery. In an effort to sustain long-term recovery, they also dig into some of the barriers to peace and freedom in a man's life.  The Huntersfield Men's program is challenging, and our goal is to stretch each man spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Through this partnership, we’ve witnessed countless stories of transformation and new beginnings. We’re thrilled to support Huntersfield as they expand their impact, including the launch of Addicted to Change, a podcast sharing powerful testimonies of God’s work in the lives of these men.

As Huntersfield Ministries continues to grow, here is how you can serve their mission:

Annual Mission Trip

The Chapel has a long history with Huntersfield Men’s Ministry annually sending construction teams.  The Chapel mission’s focus is building relations while working side by side, sharing testimonies, mentoring and sharing Christ’s love.  Some of the projects include:
  • Construction of 1200 Sq-Ft apartment
  • Two expansions of the vocational building
  • Window replacements, roofing replacement, house remodel
  • Concrete pads for farm animals
  • Men and women (18 yr+) - any skill level is welcome

Addicted to Change Podcast

Donate Items

  • Vehicle and equipment donations are a fantastic way to support Huntersfield. There is often a need for campus vehicles, but more often than not, we are able to offer the vehicles to men that have completed the program and needing a vehicle to get to and from work. 
  • The residents of the Huntersfield Men's Program are always in need of nice bedding, work clothes, gloves and boots.  It is especially important during winter because the work never stops!  Gift cards or purchases
