John 5:24

The eternal destination of every believer in Jesus Christ is already settled! Condemnation for sin has been removed. Our relationship with God has moved from death (separation) to life (union). We are now free to live the life God has set us aside to live for His glory and purposes. Thus, believers will not stand before the great white throne of judgement described in Revelation 20. That is for unbelievers. Instead, we will stand before the Judgement seat of Christ, not to determine our eternal destiny, but to reward the faithfulness of our lives from the point we become Christians to the moment we breath our last breath.

PRAY: Lord, I am so grateful that Your death has changed my destiny! Help me to live a life worthy of my new position and destiny in Christ! I want to live my life in such a way now that on that final day I will hear the words, “well done, my good and faithful servant!” Amen.
