Summer Bible Study Fun

Ladies, save your Wednesday evenings beginning July 7 for the Beth Moore study "Wising Up Whereever Life Happens - A Study of Proverbs." Every session from 7 to 9 p.m. will be filled with lively discussion and fellowship on how to make our words and actions count powerfully every day. There's no homework and no cost and you may attend one, two, three or all of the four weeks --it's up to you! Absolutely guilt free! It's all about wisdom and words from God's viewpoint that will enrich your summer!

Piecemakers Quilt Group
Whether you are a novice or an intermediate quilter, you are invited to join this group. Enjoy the fellowship, devotional time, and sharing of ideas. We have three or four special projects each year for different ministries. Some projects are done independently and some are corporate projects. We meet the second Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Room 153. For more details, call Blanche Hindle, 483-3925 or Jan Burton, 627-2815.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
This group meets to have a time of support and fellowship. We knit or crochet shawls, blankets, caps, and booties for preemies, etc. We pray for the recipients of each item as we work on them. This is a come-as-you-are and when-you-can group. Our group meets the 2nd & 4th Mondays at 6:30 p.m. in Room 62 beginning September 13. For more details, call Caroline Davis at 637-9119.
